Advance registration required. Minimum enrollment: 4. Maximum: 6. | Start with raw sheep’s wool and go home with a freshly hand-spun ball of yarn. Trained in Slöjd (a handicraft-based education system), instructor Jake Fee teaches the basics of how to clean, card, spin, and ply wool into fiber you can use for weaving, knitting, crocheting, or other projects. The Arts Center will provide spinning tools and raw fiber, but if you have your own tools or fibers you’d like to use, bring them along.
